terrible experience. Minsky Poul Absolutely unprofessional. If you are looking for someone who does a safe and reliable professional job. Do not use this man for anything… he’s dishonest and rude. He never mailed any paper work back to me. He delivered to wrong addresses and wrong people. It’s not that hard when the correct address is on the paper work.
Be aware Paul Minsky is dishonest. He is rude and unhelpful. I hired him to serve paperwork to my tenants. He never delivered the document. We had communication back and forth at the end he gave me bunch of run arounds and asked for more money. I agreed. Few weeks later I found out he never served them. Stay away from this Constable.
If I can give this guy zero rating, I would have given him that. I hired him to summon someone since June 30th 2021 and today is July 18th. Never heard from him and even after I spoke with him, he threatened to end the call. The least he could have done is to call and give me an update whether he was successful or not in serving the person. Please stay away from this unprofessional man.
