Bought a terra-cotta sculpture, paid on a credit card and left without getting a receipt due going back to make sure they retrieved the correct one since it was on a very high shelf and needed help getting it down. Paid for it to be packed and shipped. Came in broken due to poor packing. Called Paul Michael Company and sent copy of credit card charge.
