I've had Legal Shield since 2006. They've helped me with MANY issues. Gave advise on how to deal with non paying tenants in multiple states, damage by Tennant, mis diagnostic from a dealership costing my hundreds that they helped get refunded. Excellent company and services
Horrible experience! Theres no direct number to the lawyers, also when they do call you back from blocked numbers and its never in the time frame they tell you. impossible to get ahold of anyone. Waste of my money and time. Paul is very rude, told him I could call him if anything was wrong, then tells me to deal with legal shield. There is a 1800 number for them my mistake but you will not reach a live person it will end up being phone tag with alot of strange and out of state numbers calling.
