Paul was great through every part of the process. He did his best to explain things in easy-to-understand ways, was always patient with questions, responded quickly through text/phone calls, and showed he was trustworthy and hardworking while getting me a solid rate on my mortgage. He was also flexible in having a face-to-face signing process as opposed to do things online, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Paul!
