Sadly my mother died recently, and as well as dealing with the shock and grief it triggers a tremendous amount of actions to be taken, one of which was valuation of valuables for probate. This was one area I was unsure where to go/ who to turn to. On a whim I went in to Paul Jones. I cannot thank them enough for being incredibly helpful and respectful, explaining what steps needed to be taken and how they could assist. This took a huge weight off my shoulders. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend Paul James Jewellers enough! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine excitement about helping us find the perfect wedding rings. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about making sure every detail was just right.

I called in at Paul James Jewellers to ask if they could change a watch battery for me. It was so very refreshing to be treated in such a courteous and polite manner, I ended up making an unexpected purchase as nothing was too much trouble and it was such a pleasurable shopping experience definitely a revisit in the very near future.
