Every time come into Warrensburg mo office only one person helping . Others just wondering around aimlessly. .
At new location upon entering confusion about where to go. Others stated same. Then told me go to window 8. I did. Got checked in. I suggested they put up a conspicuous sign. Girl was rude. So I walked to wait. No seats all shoulder to shoulder, tight. I walked by entrance, took seat by front desk. Then saw a small faded sign pushed off to left stating check in but no window designation. I made a number 8 sign and arrow so people could know.
