An attoney can only be as good as the staff hired... The staff won't always return missed call... That is a flaw that can't be helped by 99% of attoney... Mr. Sardon on the other hand has always replied emails and calls... The have moved from the Gables and Kendall offices
Totally unresponsive no professional courtesy to return a call or email. While he states he has no obligation to return a email or phonecall it may be true, however there is a thing called courtesy and that would have spared him negative reviews. Especially since he continued negotiations by asking us to amend our offer.

The worse attorney ever. Please do not use him he made me sign a lease that was the worse lease I had ever signed. After having a more reputable attorney review the lease after I tried to get in contact with Paul for over 4 months and he would not return my calls or answer my emails. DO NOT USE HIM!!!! He is incompetent and he will just tell you everything in the lease agreement is standard when it's not and he charges 600. Your thinking your paying for his knowledge no !!!!!! WORSE ATTORNEY EVER!!!!!
