Paul Duffy is the man!!! He is our family attorney and if he is not proficient in a particular area of the law, he will give you a referral. He has been handling cases for us for many years and I would highly recommend him.
Never use this lawyer. I had Mr. Duffy represent me in a criminal case and he did nothing to help me. I had four major pieces of evidence that would have cleared my name and he never brought them to court. He advised me to plea guilty and I trusted this man. I never should have been charged and I believe he took my money and ran. Because of what he didn't do I spent time in jail and now will always have this on my record. Never use this guy.
I have had Mr. Duffy represent me on two different matters including a car accident and a financial matter. Both times he was wonderful, straight forward, and very easy to work with. The staff was great to answering all my questions and keeping me updated on all my stuff. Would totally recommend (and have) again and again.
I had him represent me in a DWI matter. Wonderfull person, walked me through the process and was at every court apperance. I would refer him to all my friends and family. honest and straight forward. If i ever need an attorney, i will be contacting him.
