Just make sure you dont send any contracts to review before deciding on price. A colleague of mine been charged by this man just to look at contracts, before appointing him for representation. My colleague said he is glad he didnt charged for reading his email.... ;-))
I always advise of my price before spending time reading and providing written advice on a Contract. The above was written by Paul Gowran, and I've not been told a price yet, despite asking at least twice. However he came to my home [twice - once refused entry due to coronavirus lockdown] and I've found him nice, and easy to deal with.
What can I say about shopping centre lawyers , captured and limited clients, mis use of information. Don't recommend at all, my mother in law used the firm and the matter was a total balls up.
