Took a retainer and stiffed me
Me. Gomez failed to return my calls,emails, and texts for my court case. He also failed to show up for my court case. I paid him $2500. He is not to be trusted.
This guy is a scam artist, won a malpractice lawsuit on him for ineffective counsel of $615,000 dollars I am praying that you run away from this guy no matter how cheap he is , he was suspended by state bar for 18 months I also filed grievance on him statebar had suspended him on probation. Everything I wrote can be verified in the Dallas court system, this guy is a scam artist with a law degree,so sad he is doing people like this.
This A hole ghosted my sister in law and took her money when he was suppose to be helping her after an accident she had back in March. DO NOT USE HIM.
