Stay far, far away. Absolutely horrific customer service. I purchased an expensive pair of pants that were either mis-sewn or mis-sized and did not fit. I tried to exchange them for a pair of pants that WOULD fit, and my return was refused because I had paid extra to have the pants cuffed. The Paul Frederick customer service rep insisted that I had been informed at the time of ordering that cuffed pants were non-returnable, and would do nothing to help make the situation right. DO NOT BUY. Charlatan's at best. You will get what you ordered, PLUS MORE. And they will force you to pay for it ALL. ...and remember returns are $10 of YOUR money for their mistake. WONDERFUL designs. Could have made me a customer. Instead their crappy customer service, of a $50 item, will cost them a customer.

I'm big & tall man. I've been buying quality clothing from Paul Fredrick for over 14 years. As a 35 year business owner I recognize their fine running of their business. From customer service, selection and quality of clothing, discounts, deliveries and returns I think they're the BEST ! All of my nicer shirts come from them which draw a lot of compliments. Most of my sports costs, suits and pants come them. GR

What a terrible company to work with. I ordered a shirt the 22nd, got an email the 23rd saying it shipped... After 20 minutes on hold I was told there is nothing they can do, and maybe a supervisor will call me tomorrow? I can't wait for tomorrow, so I ordered another shirt with expedited shipping. I made a mistake ordering the standard fit when I should have ordered tailored fit. I immediately called to try and fix the situation and was told the same thing, there is nothing they can do about it. I can't imagine how a comp... read more
