Paul and his team went above and beyond to ensure that I closed on my home in a timely manner. I had a very bad experience with my previous lender (canopy mortgage) who told me I needed to have a co-borrower and was very unresponsive and overpromising. I switched the loan over with Paul and was instantly impressed with their responsiveness and attention to detail. The loan went through very quickly and we didn’t have to get a co-borrower.
