Stay away…. Im Unifor member and took my retainer and mailed me a blank appeal form home and did nothing. Personally he used my money for future beach front property….with his second marriage..Stay away from this business….Bad Bad BAD
I want to let anyone know that is going to try and use this firm. NOT TO, 3 years into my claim I get mail saying that they have never sent the authorization to represent in after 3 years I’m 4-5 years into this still not working and lost my case cause they didn’t do the first step. Very bad communication, hard to get ahold of, doesn’t answer my questions, gave me no advice, didn’t include anything I wanted to add to my case into it . Paul Duarte took my retainer $5,000.00 and did nothing with My WSIB case. Just mailed my WSIB appeal papers blank one week before deadline and took my money. I had cancer at that same time. Community states he rides nice cars with injuried workers money. Stay away…. From rotten apples like Paul Duarte………..
