Every dish is fresh, authentic, and perfectly paired with his own wines, and between courses, he shares amazing stories and plays beautiful acoustic music. It feels less like an event and more like an evening with an old friend who just happens to cook and perform like a pro. Truly one of the most unique and memorable nights you can have.

Our family enjoyed a lovely evening hosted by Paul, with Nina’s assistance. Our meal was delicious from apps to dessert, complimented by several of Paul’s wines. We were able to totally relax and enjoy each other’s company in the comfort of our own home. Paul and Nina were both so personable and gracious and Paul’s mini concert was the perfect wind down to a memorable evening. Thanks for everything Paul and Nina!
