Paul's is a brilliant massage therapist and highly recommended. He has worked wonders on my body keeping it functioning and me on the bike.
I have seen quite a few massage people over the years for remedial massage and Paul is one of the best that I have seen. Which is why, 5 years later, I am still seeing him! He is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and knows what he is doing. Plus, he is a genuinely nice guy!
I strangely accepted an invitation to ride in the Tour of Margaret River (TOMR) the same week I had a bad back spasm and couldn't walk. With only four weeks to prepare and needing a week of rest it looked unlikely. However Paul has been recommended by a friend and he got me back on the bike and able to ride (albeit slowly) in an intermediate target event (Tour de Gracetown - 110km).
