I can't seem to assign a big enough zero to the stars rating thing. This man asked for a $15,000.00 retainer promising partial refund if my child custody case settled. Also promising a 3-6 month completion of the case. 18 months later, exhausted and entirely out of patience, I negotiated the settlement myself. When asked about that trusty refund he added an additional $2,000.00 to the bill stating it was for phone contact.
