Do not use them, extension, after extension. Finally the last extension caused me to lose my house! Stacy honore is a not a good lender. Never updates you. When you call her, she rarely answers. She made me lose a house that I put $1300 towards because the seller wouldn’t agree to a 4th extension. Horrible.
Paul has worked with my partner and I on two home purchases in the last 3 years. When we found out work was transferring us to Texas in March, we reached out to Paul. He quickly said he could help us with our purchase in TX which was awesome. Paul knows our finances and has helped us navigate an interesting home purchase as it was a short sale. I appreciate all that Paul has done for us and highly recommend him to anyone needing a mortgage broker.
I will NEVER IN MY LIFE again refer anyone to gateway mortgage. There is no knowledge of professionalism. Their communication is at level zero. Although I’m glad this process is over. FINALLY. Gateway noway
