Paty is such an incredible human! Our situation was very unique and took a lotttt of extra work but Paty didn’t complain one bit and even went out of her way to make it a relatively easy process! BEWARE! We are currently in a lawsuit with Cross Country Mortgage. I wish we had checked Trust Pilot website before using them. The legit reviews on Trust Pilot are almost all 1 star with lots of people saying 1 star is way too high!! They failed to pay our Property Taxes and we had to pay them ourselves. We had to pay a huge penalty and interest. Want to know how they used the big extra amount of our escrow money that should have paid for taxes? They claimed they spent $4,000 for Homeowners Insurance on our home appraised a... read more
