The staff are pretty rude, atleast the guys are. I say this experiencing service from varying members throughout a span four years. I beleive I'll start buying my work shoes online instead of local now.

Horrible Boots, Even Worse Customer Service If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a pair of “waterproof” steel-toe work boots for over $200 from this store, and within four days, they were completely useless. I wore them in the rain—not standing in puddles, not walking through deep water, just regular rain—and my feet were completely soaked.
