Didn’t care or show that he knew what he was doing. Sent the money to a bank account that no longer exists and hasn’t for years. Wouldn’t help with the situation either. Horrible service. It’s been over a month and the IRS is still trying to help get it to the correct account. Unprofessional service.
Very professional, fast and affordable. Service greatly exceeds some higher end companies without the excessive cost. I was not charged per form, but for the service the company provided. Very personal, individualized service even though we are located in different towns. Easily accessible by phone or email. Will use them next year!
