I dropped my car off on a Monday morning first thing and they said they'd get to it. Not a peep all day from them, so I called at the end of the day. They said what they thought it was and said tomorrow it'd be done. Tomorrow arrived and didn't hear anything all day, so I stopped by to find out the status. They hadn't even looked at this day and said again it would be tomorrow. I asked the guy why he just didn't tell me he can get to it until a certain day then I'd come back.
