We have been using Patterson Tax office for quite a few years. Today we had James Allison and it was not the best experience. He was very annoyed in the beginning that we did not have an appointment and he made sure to mention that he has a very busy schedule with appointments and then has to fill in his time in between with those of us who just walk in without an appointment.
