I have been coming to Patterson Tax since I was a teen working and today I went and was ready to file my taxes and did not know if a grandparent claiming a child is illegal. I just know I didn’t work a lot last year. I worked at m&m tax in Greenville and people came in all the time to do it. Our Taxes were filed in what seemed to be a Rush and once filed our child Tax credit wasn’t applied we caught this online ourselves and they weren’t very helpful at all in correcting this issue. It was a huge IRS Disaster I will never use them again.
Filed taxes incorrectly by underreporting income because they didn’t look at ANY receipts,1099s or anything else that was sent to them to file taxes correctly. BEWARE…
