They lied about their promotion ... I sent them referral and they didn't even pay me
I've used Robin for years as well as my family. We were audited for the year 2015, and after I asked for help my phone calls were never returned and they cost me $3000 to the IRS for a typo. I tried for several months to get in touch but every time I called no one would answer. I never thought I would be treated this way as a customer and not get any help after all this is why i paid her $100+ a year to do our taxes.
