My son in law and I have been trying to get his 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe into the shop because it is burning 2 quarts of oil every 800 miles. We sent them an email noting the last three oil changes showing extensive loss of oil. We include pictures of all four spark plugs wet with oil, pictures of undercarriage showing no oil leaks, picture of exhaust tip noting black soot from the burning oil, receipts for oil purchased and extensive notes my son in law took regarding the oil changes. Patterson Hyundai Tyler took 7 months to repair our 2019 Hyundai Elantra. The management was hateful and not helpful. The windshield broke while at the shop. Patterson denies responsibility. Do not do business with this dealership unless you enjoy rude hateful people
