Office staff is very rude when calling to check on services in process. Was told our taxes would be done in a week and now 4 weeks in with barely any returned phone calls when calling to check on them we asked why they keep giving us false information and I was told “probably just to make you happy”. Then when I was quiet because I couldn’t believe that answer she laughed to someone in the background and hung up on me! This is unacceptable to treat paying customers like this. I would never recommend them!!!
