My grandbaby is a client at Patterns Behavioral Services. What started off great is now a complete nightmare. Everyone in the office was pleasant and it felt like we were making progress. Everything changed when Ms.Diamon took over as the new BCBA. This is the worst care we have ever received, everything is virtual and she doesn't even attempt to work towards any goals.
