Been around for years! And still Patsy's Taxi is one of the best around. I used them all through college to get from the train to my house. Great, friendly drivers. Always very careful and polite. Very reasonable charges! Definitely recomment to budget conscious travellers who need to get around town quickly.
dont call them if u dont wanna have a bad day!!! the person who picks up the phone when u call is incredibly rude. i've experienced it, so have my friends. He yells at you, there is no courtesy. this one time he was talking through the radio to the taxi driver about my sister that "she didnt even know what the hell she was saying" while my sister was in the taxi!!! talk about customer service. please dont use them. if you need a taxi please call city taxi at 732 888 0182. trust me i dont work for city taxi or even know anyon... read more
Patsy's Car Svc is like family to us We just moved in from the Manhattan and so we don't have a car yet and use Patsy's all the time. We are never dissatisfied. They are actually like family to us now. And no, this is NOT a posting by management.
Patsys is under new ownership Patsys is under new ownership and wow has service gotten better.They have 9 cars on the road now and the drivers and dispatchers are very friendly.Their prices are awesome.I highly recommend them.They also provide service to the airports and take all major credit cards.
Rude Rude Rude Don't use these clowns - totally unprofessional. Not to mention all the fake "great service" posts on here, obviously posted by management. These guys are useless and rude. They caused me to almost miss my train. I was so angry I called back and complained, but all they did was swear at me. Rude rude rude.
Reliable and on time What more could you want from a taxi service. Patsys does it all and I can always count on them to get me to the airport or pick me up when I need a ride. I have programmed their number into my cell phone for easy access and they never give me an excuse about an appointment and always have some available to dispatch. The drivers are friendly and the cabs are clean. I would give them a try.
good service The prices are low and for quick travel, then this is a good service to use. The wait for the taxi can be a little longer then you would want, but otherwise if you want cheap service and friendly drivers try this taxi.
