Amazing experience. Ms. Dugger is very knowledgeable and patient. She will do a great assessment and will explain every process to where you can understand it. She’s very delicate. An awesome first experience. Will definitely come back.

I came to my appt that was scheduled well over a month out. Although Mrs. Dugger was nice over the phone, making this appt that was referred by the VA. My experience, however, was not. Mrs. Dugger stated that I would be getting a notification prior to my appt as a reminder of my appt - I NEVER received one. Mrs. Dugger's location apparently changed, and when I walked over there for my appt, there was a sign that stated to use the side door.
