First impression was good
Pat has serviced my sleds and seadoo for years. This year I had my 850 Renegade in for service and after pick up and on first ride something was wrong with it. Pat was in constant contact with me including evening updates on chasing down the issue that turned out to be a defective new part that was installed. In a time that customer service seems to be nonexistent I can’t say enough about how impressed and thankful I am to Pat and his team for everything they did to get my machine back to perfect.
