I purchased my bed from Pat’s Furniture over 10 years ago and it still looks beautiful. I went in recently and I was sickened. This place is full of black mold! Several buckets on the floor catching water. Several ceiling tiles were missing, insulation exposed. Also, it’s so dark. It’s like they don’t want you to see anything. The smell is so bad I feel like it stayed in my mouth. This whole building needs to be bulldozed and made into a parking lot or something that can’t grow mold.

I purchased a flex steel couch and recliner from pats furniture in 2020. While the purchasing process and delivery were both excellent, the products were a disappointment. In the span of 4 years, the couch has developed 3 separate tears along the seams. When I reached out to the store for recommendations for getting them mended, the furniture repairman they referred me to stated that the there is nothing that can be done. This is not something I would expect given the price of the furniture.
