Friendly and helpful in locating customized furniture.
I purchased a flex steel couch and recliner from pats furniture in 2020. While the purchasing process and delivery were both excellent, the products were a disappointment. In the span of 4 years, the couch has developed 3 separate tears along the seams. When I reached out to the store for recommendations for getting them mended, the furniture repairman they referred me to stated that the there is nothing that can be done. This is not something I would expect given the price of the furniture.
I had a really good experience. I knew that I wanted a Flex-steel recliner and they carry them. But i was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the lady was that assisted me. I believe she is the co-owner she owns at least two of these recliners. She really made me feel good about my purchase. I would pay for the delivery they did a great job setting up the chair. I have had it for just a week but I can't get enough of it. Thanks Pat's Furniture I plan to come back
There is a nice array of furniture at reasonable prices. The lady that waited on me was very nice and patient.
