Receptionist was pleasant and professional. Experience with Elizabeth was terrible. She came highly recommended by the Cypress Cove community and I was hopeful she would be able to help me update an estate plan at the request of my grandparents. We first signed up with Elizabeth Bentley April 2nd. She had Letters of Administration delivered to us April 22. Then she proceeded to jump through hoops providing documents to the Florida Title company and recording necessary documents in public record, fulfilling short notice requests from the title company. We closed on the sale of Dad's Florida property Friday May 21st.
