Loan sharks and liars – I have never dealt with a bank that is so dishonest where no one takes responsibilty. If you want an anwer about a bank error or misinformation, don't expect to get help. Rather, they will keep transfering you for days, weeks, and in my case, months. If you want to work with a firm that will actually honor thier agreements, provide a response to questions, and work with you, this is NOT the company for you.
