I love my apartment. The maintenance guy is really awesome. He works really hard to keep the place. Nice and clean. Avi is really trying his best to keep the property clean and maintained. Most of the neighbors are very friendly and stick to themselves. We do have some neighbors that don’t respect other people‘s living spaces. But management is working on that and I am proud to say that I am a resident At Patriots Cove.
Patriots cove apartments are always well maintained including the property ,the landscape is beautiful, there are plenty of new washer and dryers that are super clean and new. The management encourages you to let them know if you need help or have any problems at all no matter how small. The manager Avi goes out of his way personally to deliver any type of paperwork or anything of importantance, he cares and will help you in anyway he can to get you important or necessary documents or other requests you ask and goes out of h... read more
A wonderful place to call home.-5 stars My family and I have been proud residents of this apartment complex for over 5 years and I can honestly say it's been an exceptional place to raise my 3 children. What initially drew us here was the affordability, what has kept us here is the genuine sense of community and quality of life this place offers.
