Customer service at the counter on December 16 was incredibly rude. We went in to replace our debit card only a month old in which the chip does not work. The teller proceeded to tell us the chip was fine it's the retailers machines that don't work and the card was fine. After insisting the chip does bot work anywhere at all, she stated a $20 fee to replace the card. The lady was very rude the whole time and wouldn't even attempt to correct the issue. This is a great bank! The staff are exceptional, and I trust them with all my financial needs.
Swung by this branch while I was at the lake. They are a great family owned bank that have exceptional customer service. I feel confident banking with them and canceled my commerce account because of the way they treated their customers.
