We are writing this out of deep concern for our loved one and others living in this assisted living facility. What we have witnessed over time is not just disappointing it is alarming and, frankly, inhumane. The overall living conditions are unacceptable. Rooms and common areas are often unclean, basic hygiene standards are not consistently maintained, and residents appear neglected for extended periods. I have a friend their now that gets treated differently and it's a family business so everyone covers for everyone. Lack of responsibility and inhumane treatment.
The staff needs to be tought how to take care of a person on hospice. The day shift never came in to check on my mom they would come and put her food on the stove exceptef my sister to feed her.I had to call hospice for a change of condition called the manager told her that they never came in to check on her .then they would just come in the door say ya she is breathing and turn around walk out nevered turned her or check to see is she was wet. Hospice tried to call to give her meds and no one answered the phone
