I have a friend their now that gets treated differently and it's a family business so everyone covers for everyone. Lack of responsibility and inhumane treatment.
The staff needs to be tought how to take care of a person on hospice. The day shift never came in to check on my mom they would come and put her food on the stove exceptef my sister to feed her.I had to call hospice for a change of condition called the manager told her that they never came in to check on her .then they would just come in the door say ya she is breathing and turn around walk out nevered turned her or check to see is she was wet. Hospice tried to call to give her meds and no one answered the phone
If I could put 0 stars, I would. To start off my Loved one stayed here for 2-3 years (now passed), the workers do not change residents briefs, hardly ever causing sores. Staff sit in the office and Talk all day. One worker didn't wear shoes. Dogs would roam around the building and drink out of kitchen dishes. Not very thorough cleaning. Never pay attention to residents and what they have in their rooms that they shouldn't. Extremely short staffed.
