When my mom was in hospice, my family needed to get my paralayzed brother from a nursing home 40 miles away to see her for the last time. I called Patriots and explained what I need and Nikki not only gave me a very reasonable and competitive proposal, but expressed the kind of compassion you don’t see every day. Why dont you pay your employees in a timely manner? A reputable company should be able to take care of their own, not just the customers. It's also hilarious that the first 2 reviews for the company are the owner and manager. Talk about conflict of interest.

We have used Patriot Medical Transport for several of our cases and we always receive the red carpet experience! they are always on time, polite and willing to assist in any way they can. the scheduling process is very simple and the reps are very accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of transportation for their clients. A company that always gives 110% is rare, Patriot delivers every time!
