Patriot Home Mortgage (PHM) and specifically Brandon Rhodehouse have been absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, he has gone above and beyond to help make the home buying process understandable and doable. He always took the time to answer questions and resolve concerns in a thoughtful and honest way, with no added pressure or stress. What initially seemed like an impossible dream of purchasing our forever-home, PHM and Brandon helped make it a reality!
Brandon has been amazing through the entire process. Keeping me posted on any changes being made. Adjust rates in real time with the shifting market. As well as answering any questions I had during the entirety of the process, all the way through final signing. Marci too, has been such a help with paperwork, document gathering and also helping me get through the tasks requested. Absolute pleasure to work with both of them and will recommend to anyone I know seeking home financing.
