Team, I recommend never works with Patriot Freight Absolutely discussing Booked load with FCFS 5 AM-2 PM Arrived at the delivery at 5 AM and was told they we have an appointment for 7 PM They ignored me all day over yesterday Asked them to confirm charges for detention Ignored my calls and emails Unloaded in the evening and they kept ignoring me Had to call to the main office and after that they showed up to inform that only $150 for detention : ) Now they're threatening a fine for not sending a delivery receipt within 4 hou... read more

Called on a load a they was vary rude and hung up on me my truck would have been empty in 20 mins in Houston, Texas his name is Nathan z. we understand, but yet we deserve respect out here as truck, drivers and companies trying to move freight that they never have to touch. All they have to do is a little bit of paperwork and we have all the labor in it we should be treated better than how I was just treated
