Use to love banking here. I was with them for about 7 or 8 years. The staff was always great and friendly. The had free bank checks and treated you more like family then a client, but after the were bought by national Bank of commerce their policy's change and they started charge fees fo everything like big banks with non of the benifits of a larger bank. $10 bank checks (chase charges $8 for reference) $35 overdraft fees $0 APY And no credit of their own at all I think they also have a $75 ISF fee also None the less after a... read more

Best, almost white glove customer service with a small bank feel. That was my original post with a 5 star rating. Recently, they were purchased by the National Bank of commerce. A larger entity. Ever since then. I have had my account subject to unauthorized transactions. Thousands of dollars of them. They tried everything in their power to prevent me from filing a complaint. Even as far as saying that they are most likely going to find that I authorized said transactions and they will not reimburse. They reimbursed some, but... read more
