Not answering the phone and I never received my order.
Very unfriendly and puts locks on the doors before closing
About 3 years ago I would have given this place five stars. But now since I guess New Management they have declined severely they constantly lose your orders. Not only that they do not make good on their promises when you make an order I'm with a small agency that ordered three shirts and they couldn't even get that right. We placed our order back in November of last year 2023 it is now may 2024 and they still have not got our order done and have also either lost it because every time I call they never know who we are. Felt racist. 2 white women clerks was at the desk. One looked at me as if she was amazed I made it inside. The other tried to pretend she had good customer service but couldn't help me but she helped the white man who came in after me. He even looked amazed I made it inside but he was ready to George Floyd me and my grand baby. So they sent out a Latino woman.
