This company moved without informing their customers clear across town. An elderly man with dementia stopped by my job to get help. I spent 45 minutes trying to assist this customer and was finally able to reach a woman at their agency so that they could help their customer. Instead of being happy someone was willing to take the time to help her customer, she was horrible to him and myself. She had a nasty attitude and hung up in my face.
