Had 2 small items in my cart (used as a mobility aid when shopping) but wasn't allowed to use the completely empty self checkouts; she sent me to the full queue at the regular checkouts. Dumb rules make for unhappy customers. Unhappy customers stop being being customers... Certainly, staff can be trained to have some discretion and turn away people with more than 12 items in their carts or when the self checkout area is full... I went to ask an employee for assistance but instead they refused and I turn around and the employee was pooping on the floor! Not very customer service like. Very disappointed.
This store is terrible. Even if you have an issue, they won’t respond. Won’t be shopping there ever again, and I tell everyone I can the same.
