Omgosh! Yes, we were followed and treated like potential thieves/ vandals the entire time. We were told we were not allowed on the lowest level. Who do these people think they are? Thanks to others who shared similar experiences, what an awful way to ensure security for the more fragile items.

This high-end luxury store has undeniable potential, but my experience was unfortunately marred by the sales associate who closely followed me and my daughter, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. It felt as though we were being targeted because of our race, which detracted from our shopping experience. After reading other reviews, it's clear that customer service is a consistent issue here. It's crucial for this store to address these concerns to foster an inviting environment for all customers truly.

Entered this place on after 5PM on a Thursday and found this place shockingly empty, with no other customers. Perhaps there is a reason for that. Upon telling staff that I was just looking around, the individual I was with, and I were followed closely by a store worker for the entirety of our time here. We couldn't look at anything, without this person pretty much breathing down our neck, and this happened on all three levels. This was very odd and insulting behavior.
