Patrick Toronto and SWBC were extremely helpful and informative during my home buying experience. Patrick was available to respond to my questions (big or small) at any time . He even offered advice after I had purchased my home about questions I had which were indirectly related to my loan.
Patrick made the homebuying experience very stress-free and easy to understand as first time homeowners. Patrick is always available when you need him- including late nights and on weekends- which is something I've never heard of a lender doing! My partner and I really appreciated Patrick's help, advice, and kindness along the way. Overall, we highly reccomend using SWBC Mortgage and Patrick Toronto as your homebuying lender!
