I hired him 16 years back, same experience. Same excuse, his wife is sick, his child is sick etc...I tolerated it because I was in my 40's and finally it got done. Recently, we need to update my trust, my new attorney realized he put himself as a co-trustee to my trust. It means he is going to control our trust, I don't mind if he is efficient and responsive. but only if we can find him. No one response to email/ phone calls. My current attorney updated and removed him.

We hired Patrick to do our wills in Nov. 2020. It took over 8 months for it to be completed. At some point we had lost hope that it would ever be done. The initial drafts were very sloppy and contained numerous errors. We were always given multiple personal excuses for the continued delays (i.e. no response for 2 weeks due to being too sick from the Covid vaccine not actual Covid, family member illness, personal assistants flooded in TX, etc.).
