I’m appaulded at the experience from these folks. I called and had an appointment scheduled for a friend of mine for a half-day experience. This included 9:00am facial followed by 1 hr massage ending with manicure pedi or hair. The scheduled appointment was for Tuesday, again at 9:00. My friend showed up at could get an answer from anyone other than the owner had told them they weren’t opening until 11:00. Overall, it was a good experience. The front desk people are very nice and accommodating. They take you on a tour and will explain everything and anything to you. I bought my mom a mother and daughter half spa day and we decided to use it on the day before Mothers day. They gift certificate comes with an hour massage, an hour facial, a pedicure, and a lunch.
