You would be better off just doing it yourself! Worst experience with a law firm and attorney ever. Will not answer questions, emails nor return phone calls. Paid them so much money and have absolutely nothing to show for it! Don’t do it!
Very poor communication. I am the trustee of my parents’ estate and my emails routinely go unanswered, even when I specifically state that the issue is time sensitive. I don’t know if they have just taken on too much work or if there is some other issue. I do not live in Hickory, but as I have had to spend more time there, I have heard similar complaints about this firm from others in Hickory. Molly Gross was the attorney I dealt with. I do not recommend this firm for representation in any matter. I found that the attorney that I was paired with was very unprofessional and refused to communicate with me. The attorney that I had spoke with during my consultation made false promises of actions that he would take to address my needs. I attempted to contact him multiple times through email and phone channels and he and his paralegal refused to respond. Don’t waste your time with Molly Gross from this firm. I went here with my father for power of attorney paperwork and estate planning. My experience has been less than professional and similar to that of many others who have posted about this firm. No response to my email for over a month then when I requested a simple phone call to clarify some questions, they wanted them sent in an email. Laughable at this point.
