I do not recommend this firm for representation in any matter. I found that the attorney that I was paired with was very unprofessional and refused to communicate with me. The attorney that I had spoke with during my consultation made false promises of actions that he would take to address my needs. I attempted to contact him multiple times through email and phone channels and he and his paralegal refused to respond. Don’t waste your time with Molly Gross from this firm. I went here with my father for power of attorney paperwork and estate planning. My experience has been less than professional and similar to that of many others who have posted about this firm. No response to my email for over a month then when I requested a simple phone call to clarify some questions, they wanted them sent in an email. Laughable at this point. I have been suffering from untreated eye infections that are actively causing vision loss, and Higgins has completely failed to provide the necessary assistance to help me get the medical care I urgently need. I had a very easy case. They were not willing to do the work it takes, but were definitely willing to take my money. After paying them tens of thousands, I lost the case. I had Mike Thomas, he spoke like I was beneath him and just didn’t want to do anything to help my case. I should have did my research on him, so I do blame myself somewhat.
