Vanessa and her team were quick to get me scheduled for my needs. They were very thorough in the process from start to finish. They made a stressful situation seem like a walk in the park. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.
You would be better off just doing it yourself! Worst experience with a law firm and attorney ever. Will not answer questions, emails nor return phone calls. Paid them so much money and have absolutely nothing to show for it! Don’t do it!
Very poor communication. I am the trustee of my parents’ estate and my emails routinely go unanswered, even when I specifically state that the issue is time sensitive. I don’t know if they have just taken on too much work or if there is some other issue. I do not live in Hickory, but as I have had to spend more time there, I have heard similar complaints about this firm from others in Hickory. Molly Gross was the attorney I dealt with.
