I had a very easy case. They were not willing to do the work it takes, but were definitely willing to take my money. After paying them tens of thousands, I lost the case. I had Mike Thomas, he spoke like I was beneath him and just didn’t want to do anything to help my case. I should have did my research on him, so I do blame myself somewhat. Everyone should sue this law firm for misrepresentation, malpractice in handling cases like they did me for my parents estates and my grandparents they came to me pretending to be my lawyer when they were hired for someone else my former employer and allowed my family and exes and older kids to take everything in the estates.they still have a suitcase with my father’s drivers license and other identification of his
Very poor communication. I am the trustee of my parents’ estate and my emails routinely go unanswered, even when I specifically state that the issue is time sensitive. I don’t know if they have just taken it on too much work or if it is some other issue. I do not live in Hickory, but as I have had to spend more time there, I have heard similar complaints about this firm from others in Hickory. I would not recommend and wish I had chosen differently.
