My experience was valuable I love de communication and coordination
I had previously had one good experience with this company but unfortunately my last experience will never have me book with them again. Upon arrival we couldn’t locate our driver in the arrivals terminal where they said to look. I called, and the driver said he was running late and could be there “in about 30 minutes”. Unacceptable. We had a change of plans on the way back so I emailed the company 7 days in advance to cancel the booking (even though their website states that they do not provide refunds for bookings cancelle... read more
