This is the second time we've used Patrick for our house purchase and sale. This last time it involved two home sales and one purchase. The home we purchased was filled with legal issues but Patrick was able to resolve all the issues and made us feel very comfortable throughout such a stressful time. He's always easily available and very professional. I will highly recommend him to any of my co-workers and friends who are selling/buying a home in the future.

In buying my first home Patrick was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. I especially appreciated the personalized feel to the correspondence. Closing day was quick and easy so Patrick was efficient in getting it done. I recommend Patrick!
Poor Communication and Lack of Support During Closing Review: I worked with Patrick due to last-minute lawyer issues, and unfortunately, I would not recommend his services.
