Not recommended. Cost 10 k and had to move on to another firm. Hopeless advice IMO. I was sold a landlocked carport and they asked me to contact the neighbours to see if I could park next door. They insisted when I objected!! I was shafted. Not sure .. but think they may have had a conflict of interest knowing another solicitor in this matter!
